10. . When the assessinent has been made under section 8, the assessing authority shall serve on the assessee a notice of demand in the prescribed form specifying the amount of holding tax payable by the assessee and the date or dates within which a shall be paid. A copy of the order of assessment shall also be sent along with the notice.
