Section 13: Chairman

The U.P. Minimum Wages Rules, 1952 (Minimum Wages Act 1948)State Rules of Uttar Pradesh · 2019

(1) The Chairman shall preside at the meetings of the Committee, or the Board as the case may be.

(2) In the absence of the Chairman at any meeting the members shall elect from amongst themselves one member by a majority of votes as Chairman, who shall preside at such meeting.
