Section 16: Method of voting

Voting shall ordinari ly be by show of hands, but if any member asks for voting by ballot, or if the Chairman so decides, the voting shall be by secret ballot and shall be held in such manner as the Chairman may decide.

17 . Pr oc e ed ing s o f the me e t i ng . — (1 ) Th e p ro ce e d in gs o f ea ch meeting showing inter alia the names of the members present thereat, shall be forwarded to each member, to the Sta te Governmen t and to the Sta te Labour Commissioner as soon after the meeting as possible and, in any case, not less than seven days befdre the next' meeting.

(2) The proceedings of each meeting shall be confirmed with such modifications, if any, as may be considered necessary at the next meeting.
