Section 5: Travelling Allowance

A non-official member of the Committee, or the Board shall be entitled to draw travelling and daily allowances for any journey performed by him in connexon with his duties as such member at the rates and subject to the conditions, laid down in Notes 2 and 3, under Rule 20 in Financial Handbook, Volume III.
