These rules may be called the U. P, Payment of (Procedure) Rules, 1958, i yResal. e 2, ) Definition.—In these rules, unless there is anything repugnant in subject or context,— (@) ““Act’’ means the Payment of Wages Act, 1936 (IV of 1936) ;
(b) “‘Appeal’’ means an appeal under Section 17 of the Act;
