[15-A. Revisional Powers of the State Government (1) The Statement Government may at any time either of its own motion or on an application made to it in this behalf, call for the record of any case disposed of by the Controlling Authority for the purpose of satisfying itself as to the legality or propriety of any order passed under this Act and may pass such orders in relation thereto as it may think fit: Provided that the State shall not pass an order prejudicial to any person without affording such person a reasonable opportunity of being heard.
(2) The State Government may, by notification in the Gazette, delegate the powers conferred upon it by sub-section (1) to any officer or authority which shall not be inferior to the Chairman or the Controlling Authority].
