Section 5-A: Master Plan For Regulated Area

[5-A. Master Plan for the regulated area.- (1) If in opinion of the state Government any regulated area requires to be developed according to a Master Plan it M- cause such a plan to be prepared either through the Controlling Authority or through such other agency as it may think fit.

(2) Every such plan shall conform to any rules regulations made in that behalf.

(3) A Master Plan shall be revised at the end of every 10 years, and may be revised earlier if the State Government so think fit.]
