Section 27: Quorum

(1) The quorum necessary for transaction of business at a meeting of the State Veterinary Council be fix (that is, not less than one-third of the stipulated strength thereof).

(2) If at the time appointed for a meeting the quorum is not complete than the meeting shall not commence until quorum is not complete and if even at the expiry of one hour from the appointed time there is no quorum the meeting shall stand adjourned to such future date and time in the same quarter as the President of the State Council may appointed.
