Section 30: Travelling and daily allowances

(1) The president and other members of the State Veterinary council other then the State Government officials and ex-officio members shall be paid travelling and daily allowances as "applicable to class I officers of the State Government for attending the meeting of the State Veterinary Council or a Committee as the case may be.

(2) The members of a committee other than the members of the State Veterinary Council, shall be paid such travelling and daily allowances for attending the meetings of a committee as may be admissible to the members of the State Veterinary Council.

(3) The ex-officio members nominated by the State Government shall, however, be entitled for such travelling and other allowances as may be admissible to them in accordance with the rules of their parent department or the organization, as the case may be.
