Section 37: Issue of Duplicate Certificate:(Section 54)

U.P. State Veterinary Council Rules, 1991State Rules of Uttar Pradesh · 1984

(1) A duplicate certificate of registration or renewal as the case may be shall be issued by the Registrar of the State Veterinary Council on payment of fee of Rs. 10 (Rupees ten only).

(2) The said duplicate certificate shall be in Form XII.

N.B.-Fees paid to the State Veterinary Council are not refundable.
