Section 11: Disposal of business

(1) Every question which the ‘Advisory Committee or the Housing Bo ard is requested to take into c onsideration, shall be considered either at its mee ting or, if its Chairman so directs, by sending the necessary papers to all the memb ers for their opinions:

—The Adviscry Committee or the Housing Board shall meet at suc h place and times as may be app ointed by its Chairman.
