Section 6: Houoing Board

U. P. Sugar and Power Alcohol Industries Labour Welfare and Development Fund Rules, 1951State Rules of Uttar Pradesh · 1951

The Housing Board shall consist of— () The Labour Welfare Commissioner who shall be the Chairman of the Board.

(1) Joint Secretary to Government, Uttar Pradesh, Industries Branch.

(ii) The Village and Town Planner to Government, Uttar Fradesh.

(i) Three representatives each of the owners and the workmen of the sugar and power alcohol factories to be nominated by the Government.
