The U.P. Trade Unions Regulations, 1927State Regulations of Uttar Pradesh · 2020

(1) The Registrar, on receipt of a notice of the removal of the office to another State, will forward to the Registrar of the State to which the head office of the Trade Union has been transferred a copy of all the entries contained in the register prescribed by Regulation 4.

(2) The Registrar of the State to which the head office of the Trade Union has been transferred shall thereupon enter in his register the particulars relating to the Trade Union and shall notify the fact that he has done so to the Secretary of the Trade Union.
