Section 1: Short title extent and commencement

The United Provinces Civil Judges (Designation) Act, 1936State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 4 of 1936

(1) This Act may be called the United Provinces Civil Judges (Designation) Act, 1936.

(2) It extends to the [Uttar Pradesh.]

(3) It shall come into force on such date as the [State Government] may by notification in the Gazette appoint in this behalf
