Section 15: Saving in respect of existing decrees.

15. In determining the amount due on the basis of a loan which has been the subject of a decree the Special Judge shall accept the findings of the court which passed the decree except in so far as they are inconsistent with the provisions of section 14 [ or section 4 of the U. P. Zamindar’s’ Debt Reduction Act, 1952]:

Provided that the Special Judge shall not determine any claim under a decree, until an appeal or revision filed against such decree has been finally decided or the period allowed for appeal has expired, and in all such cases the findings of the Special judge shall be based on the final decree.
