51. Every investigation conducted by the Special Judge with reference to any claim made to him under this Act, or to any matter connected with any such claim, shall be deemed to be a judicial proceeding within the meaning of the Indian Penal Code, 1860; and the Special Judge shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of that Code.
