Section 6: Transmission of application to Special Judge

6. [ When an application has been duly made according to the provisions of section 4, the Collector shall forthwith pass an order that it be forwarded to the Special judge and shall furnish the applicant free of cost with a certified copy of the order. He shall then forward the application to the Special Judge and shall inform him of such public debts outstanding against the landlord as may be laid down in rules framed by the [State Government] in this behalf.]
