Section 45: Grant of license by grantee of exclusive privilege of manufac-turing tari

Where a license for the exclusive privilege of manufacturing tari has been granted under section 24, the [State Government] may declare that the written permission of the grantee to draw tari shall have the same force and effect as a license from the Collector for that purpose under section 42
