Section 18: Quorum for a meeting of the Board.

[18. The quorum of the Board shall be eight members but subject thereto the Board may act notwithstanding any vacancy in their number :

Provided that at an adjournment meeting all business postponed at the original meeting for want of quorum may be transacted if not less than five members are present. ]
