Section 3: Establishment of the Board

The United Provinces (Indian Medicine) Act, 1939State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 10 of 1939

(1) The [State Government] shall, by notification in the official Gazette, establish in manner provided in sub-section (1) of section 5, a Board to be called the Board of Indian Medicine, [Uttar Pradesh] for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this Act. Such Board shall be a body corporate and have perpetual succession and a common seal and may by the said name sue or be sued.
