Section 27: Appeal to State Government from decision of Council

The United Provinces Medical Act, 1917State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 3 of 1917

(1) An appeal shall lie to the [State Government] from every decision of the Council under section 24 or 26.

(2) Every appeal under sub-section (1) shall be preferred within three months from the date of such decision.
