Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement

The United Provinces Nurses, Midwives, Assistant Midwives Auxillary Nursemidwives and Health Visitors Registration Act, 1934State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 15 of 1934

(1) This Act may be called the United Provinces Nurses, Midwives, Assistant Midwives, [Auxiliary Nurse-Midwives and Health Visitors] Registration Act, 1934.

(2) It extends to the whole of [Uttar Pradesh].

(3) It shall come into force on such date as the [State Government] may, by notification in the [Official Gazette] direct.
