Section 20: Removal of fraudulent and incorrect entries from registers

The United Provinces Nurses, Midwives, Assistant Midwives Auxillary Nursemidwives and Health Visitors Registration Act, 1934State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 15 of 1934

Any entry in the registers of nurses, midwives, assistant midwives, [auxiliary nurse-midwives or health visitors] which is proved to the satisfaction of the Council to have been fraudulently or incorrectly made, may be removed under the written order of the Council :

Provided that before action is taken under this section, notice shall be given to the person concerned, whose objections, if any, shall be heard and considered.
