span@35. Where any dispute arises as regards the ownership of any property mentioned in section 34 between a [ Gram Panchayat ] and any person, the[ Gram Panchayat ] shall give such persons a reasonable opportunity of being heard and then decide whether to treat the said property as the property of the [ Gram Panchayat ]
