Section 12: Grant of permits to fell trees

The United Provinces Private Forests Act, 1948State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 6 of 1949

12. A Forest Officer may on application of the landlord grant a felling licence for the felling of trees for such purpose and with such conditions as he may deem proper and thereupon it shall be lawful for the landlord to carry out felling in accordance with the terms of the felling.
