Section 31: Pleaders

The United Provinces Private Forests Act, 1948State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 6 of 1949

31. The State Government, or any person who has made a claim or presented an objection under this Act, may appoint any person to appear, plead and act on its or his behalf before tire Collector or tire Forest Settlement Officer, or the appellate court, in the course of any inquiry, hearing or appeal under this Act.
