53. When the trial of any forest offence is concluded any tree, timber or other forest produce in respect of which such offence has been committed shall, if it has been confiscated, be taken charge of by a Forest Officer and, in any other case, may be disposed of in such manner as the Court may subject to rules, if any, direct.
