Section 7: Right of appeal.

The United Provinces Roadside Land Control Act, 1945State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 10 of 1945

(1) Any person aggrieved by an order of the Collector under subsection(2) of section 6 granting permission subject to conditions or refusing permission may within thirty days from the date of such order prefer an appeal to the Provincial Government.

(2) The order of the Provincial Government on appeal shall be final.
