Section 10: Term of office of members

The United Provinces Veterinary Council Act, 1947State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 20 of 1947

10. (1) The term of office of a member of the Council shall be three years from the date of his acceptance of office.

(2) A person ceasing to be a member by reason of the expiration of his term of office shall be eligible for re-election or renomination.
