Section 30: Penalty on unregistered person representing that he is registered

30. If a person whose name is not entered in the register of Veterinary Practitioners falsly pretends that it is so entered or uses in connexion with his name or title any words or letters representing that his name is so entered he shall, whether any person is actually received by such representation or not be punishable, on conviction by a Magistrate of the first class, with fine which may extend to three hundred rupees.
