Section 21: Amendment of section 2

The Uttar Pradesh Universities (Re-Enactment and Amendment) Act, 1974State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 29 of 1974

In section 2 of the principal Act, for clause (1), the following clause shall be substituted namely :-

"(1) 'University' means the Gobind Ballabh Pant Krishi Evam Prodyogik Vishwavidyalaya or the Narendra Deva Krishi Evam Prodyogik Vishwavidyalaya, as the case may be."
