Section 51: Repeal of U.P. Act No. 27 of 2005 and saving

Uttar Pradesh University of Medical Sciences Saifai,etawahState Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 15 of 2016

(1) The Uttar Pradesh Rural Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Saifai, Etawah Act, 2005 is hereby repealed.

(2) Save as otherwise provided in this Act the repeal under sub-section (1) shall not be held to prejudice or effect the general application are section 6 of the Uttar Pradesh general clauses Act. 1904 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 1904) with regard to the effect of repeal.
