24. In case of loss, damage or deface of identay card of a registered worker a duplicate copy of the same can be obtained after paying the fees as may be determined from time to time by the Board.
25. The State Government, for the discharge of functions mentioned in section 9 of the Act, shall notify and set-up "Unorganized Workers Welfare Facilitation Centers" with the consultation of Uttar Pradesh State Social Security board.
