In these rules unless the context otherwise requires,-
(1) “Act” means the Uttar Pradesh Avas Evam Vikas Parishad Adhiniyam, 1965.
(2) “Samiti” means an Avas Samiti consitituted for a unit under Section 10 of the Act.
