Section 6: Filling o casual vacancies

UP Avas evam Vikas Parishad (Contitution of Avas Samitis) Rules, 1967State Rules of Uttar Pradesh · 1966

(1) Whenever there is for any reasons temporary vacancy in the office of a non-official member of a Samitis the State Government or the Board, as the case may be, shall appoint a person to fill that vacancy.

(2) The term of office of a member appointed under sub-rule (1) shall be the remainder of the term of office of the member in whose place he has been appointed.
