In these rules unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context-
(a) ‘Act’ means the Uttar Pradesh Avas Evam Vikas Parishad Adhiniyam, 1965; and
(b) ‘Board’ means the Uttar Pradsh Avas Evam Vikas Parishad established under the Act.
