Section 16: Statement of account to be furnished

The UP Basic Education Provident Fund Rules, 1975State Rules of Uttar Pradesh · 1972

(1) As soon as possible, after the close of the year a statement in Form 3 shall be furnished to every subscriber.

(2) The subscriber shall satisfy himself as to the correctness of such statement and unless errors therein are brought to the notice of the appointing authority within one month from the date of the receipt of the statement, the appointing authority or the Board shall not be responsible for any error or omission in the statement.
