The UP Basic Education Provident Fund Rules, 1975State Rules of Uttar Pradesh · 1972
Notwithstanding anything contained in these rules, the Board may withdraw any money from the Provident Fund and may invest the amount so withdrawn in postal cash certificates, cumulative time-deposit or other Government securities :
Provided that an amount equal to the largest amount drawn in any one month during the last five years under these rules is retained in the Provident Fund.
