Section 19: Increments

The UP Recognised Basic Schools (Junior High Schools) (Recruitment and Conditions of Service of Ministerial Staff and Group 'D' Employee) R…State Rules of Uttar Pradesh · 1972

No annual increment in salary shall be admissible during the period of probation to a clerk or Group 'D' employee of a recognised school:

Provided that if he is confirmed or is deemed to have been confirmed at the expiry of the period of probation, he shall be paid arrears of such increment as might have been payable to him during such period.
