(1) Any person aggrieved by an order of the Vice-Chairman may within thirty days, from the date on which the decision is communicated to him, prefer an appeal to the Chairman of the Authority.
(2) The Chairman of the Authority, on receipt of an appeal, shall, after giving .the appellant an opportunity of being heard, pass such order as he deems fit.
(3) Any person aggrieved by an order of the Chairman may within thirty days from the date of knowledge thercof, file a representation to the Government under subsection (3) of section 41 of the Act whosc decision shall be final.
10. The Vice-Chairman shall furnish to the Board of the Authority a written statement in respect of mutation charges for the preceding year, which shall contain information regarding the total amount collected by the Authority. Such statement shall be furnished as far as possible in the first meeting of the Board ofthe Authority to be heid every financial ycar and its copy shall also be sent to the Government.
