(1) In_every case the appellant or lhc..pcrson al revision shall be intim ated with ihe date of hearing, at least scven working days prior to such date of hearing.

(2) The appellant or the person at revisim';,' as the case may be, may present in person in the hearing of application for, app it or revision, or may opt not to be present in the hearing. :

(3) If.it is satisfied that the circumstances exist due to which the appellant or the’ persan at revision is prevented 1o be present Al the hearing, then before taking the final decision an opportunity of hearing shall bg given w the appellant or the person at revision .

(4) If any party remains absent after due Service of notice of the fixed dite of hearing, then the application for appeal or reyision, as the case may be, shall be dispased in his absence or dismissed due to non-appearance.
