Section 10: Acts not to be invalidated by informality or vacancy.

The Uttar Rpadesh Area Development Act, 1976State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 51 of 1976

No act done or proceedings taken under this Act by the Authority or a committee appointed by the Authority shall be invalidated merely on the ground of :-

(a) Any vacancy or defect in the constitution of the Authority or any committee there of; or

(b) Any defect or irregularity in the appointment of a person acting as a member thereof; or
