Section 18: District Committees

The Uttar Rpadesh Area Development Act, 1976State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 51 of 1976

(1) The Authority shall be notification establish a District Committee for each district.

(2) The district Committees shall consist of the following:-

(a) Collector ex officio Chairman.

(b) Project Director ex officio Secretary.

(c) Such other officers not exceeding Members.

five in number as the Authority may specify
