[For the management of works constructed for land development and other properties devolving on a Gaon Sabha under section 22 and the maintenance of the outlet system, carrying out osarabandi and implementation of physical works of land development and cropping of a Gaon Sabha, there shall be constituted a Jal Prabandh Samiti in the manner prescribed in rules made under section 110 of the U.P. Panchayat Raj Act, 1947.]
