Section 70: Allotment of commodity code

The Uttar Pradesh Value Added Tax Act , 2008State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 5 of 2008

The State Government may assign commodity code to each category of commodities whether described in any entry of any Schedule of this Act or embodied in Schedule-V.*
