Section 27: Return of licence

The Uttar Pradesh Warehouse Act, 1958State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 3 of 1959

[27. Whenever alloence granted to a weigher, sampler or classifiers expires or is suspended or cancelled, the licensee shall return the licence to the licensing authority and if he fails to do so the whole or [any part of his security shall be liable to be forfeited at the discretion of the licensing authority.]
