(1) Every whole seller, commission agent and any licensee shall submit, before 31st March of every Financial Year, to the Mandi Samiti, the return of sale and purchase done in the preceding Financial year by it or through it, of the modified agricultural produce in such form and in such manner, as specified in the bye-laws. (2) If in the opinion of the Committee, the information furnished under sub section (1) is not correct or the amount deposited is less than the payable Market fees, then the Committee can, after giving the reasonable opportunity of hearing to such wholesaler or commission agent, impose Market fees in such manner as may be prescribed.
