After the expiry of the period specified in the notification issued under section 4 and after considering such objections and suggestions as may be received before such expiry and making such inquiry, if any, as may be necessary, the State Government may, by notification, declare the area specified in the notification issued under section 4 or any portion thereof to be market area for the purpose of this Act and that marketing of all or any of the kinds of agricultural produce specified in the notification issued under Section 4 shall be developed and regulated under this Act in such market area.
