Every notification issued under section 11 shall define the limits of the area which is intended to be included in or excluded from a market area, or of the market area intended to be amalgamated into one, or of the area of each of the markets intended to be constituted after splitting up an existing market area or of the area of the market intended to be de-established, as the case may be, and shall also specify the period which shall not be less than six weeks within which objections, if any, shall be received by the State Government.
