The Uttarakhand Char Dham Devasthanam Management Act, 2019State Act of Uttarakhand · Act 6 of 2020

(1) The CEO, or any other officer appointed on behalf of him/her, shall scrutinize and update the entries in the register every year, or at such intervals of times in less than a year, as may be prescribed. The statement showing the alteration, omissions or additions in the register shall be approved by the CEO.

(2) A copy of the order made under sub-section (1) shall be made available to the trustee, or priest.
